IRL Space began in 2026 as a ready-to-open shop in NRT Nagar, rented by the day to people who wanted to test a business before signing a lease. The enquiries that followed came from brands, franchise consultants and institutions looking for space by the month and the year, and the answer to those enquiries became the firm: its own record of Theni's main roads, written mandates from owners, and one advisor who sees each requirement through.
